Domestic Orders
All orders received on in-stock products are
usually processed and shipped with 24-72 hours of receipt. Orders
are not processed over the weekend. If you order an out-of-stock
item, you will be notified by email that the item is not available.
Personal checks must clear before an order is shipped (usually 7-10 business
days).
Orders Outside the Continental USA
Additional shipping charges will be added to
orders being shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and overseas Countries.

International Orders
We do accept international orders. Please

us for shipping costs (include what items you are
interested in and the country you wish to ship to).
Charges
for shipping are made according to the weight of the merchandise and its
final destination.
The destination country may charge additional
charges for import duty tax, VAT, etc. not included in the shipping quote.
The customer will be responsible for paying these additional charges, if
any. Customers must be aware that we have no control of the merchandise
delivery once it leaves the U.S.A. We are not responsible for delays in
receipt of merchandise due to customs and other unforeseen circumstances.
Estimates in arrival time are ONLY ESTIMATES and exact times of receipt
of merchandise may vary. The customer is responsible for shipping charges
on returned merchandise. This includes the shipping charge to you as well
as the returned shipment. Returned merchandise will not be accepted
if returned after 6 weeks of shipment from the U.S.A. We only accept Visa
or MasterCard for International orders.
Return Policy
Should you receive any product from Exclusively
Mah Jongg and be dissatisfied with it for any reason, return it within
two weeks of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please contact us
prior to returning any items. Customers are responsible for the shipping
charges on returned and exchanged items. Merchandise must come back
in new, unused condition with all original wrapping/packaging materials.
Please include a copy of the invoice that was included in your shipment.
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for
all returned items.
Books, Cards and Scratch & Dent items are
non-refundable.
Other items are non-refundable after 1 month
of receipt.
Pre Shipment Examination
All mah jongg items and sets are examined before
they are packaged for shipment. If your order should arrive damaged,
simply call or email us. We will process your damage claim and a
replacement will be shipped out. All original packing material must
be present or damage claim can not be processed.
